We offer School Day (9:15am–11:15am), School Day Plus (9:15am–2:15pm), Extended Day (8:00am–4:00pm), and Extended Day Plus (7:00am–5:00pm; 6am–6pm available upon request based on staffing), available 2, 3, or 5 days per week.

What is the class size for Early Preschool?

Self-Help Skills/Independence

We encourage and reinforce skills that children need to focus on to become independent which will enable them to feel confident in making their own decisions as well as completing tasks on their own. For 2-year-olds, every step towards independence is a big victory!

Assessments

Comprehensive assessments completed quarterly on each child with parent/teacher conferences offered to track and support your child's milestones and progress.

Nutrition

We offer homemade nutritional meals, made in our on-site kitchen. Breakfast, lunch, and snack are served daily. Learn more

Electronic daily sheets are emailed to parents when they check their child out at the end of the day.

Potty Training

Our knowledgeable staff will work hand in hand with you and your child to accomplish this important milestone in their development.

Early Preschool Teacher

I am the teacher of the Early Preschool classroom, and I have been with EduCare since February 2026. Although this will be a new experience for me, I am not new to EduCare. My son attended EduCare from May 2020 through August 2023, so I've been part of this community as both a parent and now as a teacher. I have two amazing children, Colton and Arie. For the past 10 years, I have worked in the medical field with children on a daily basis, and I will continue that work alongside my role here. I am truly excited to expand my passion for working with children and to bring that experience into our classroom at EduCare.

Early Preschool Teacher

My name is Marianna, and I work primarily with the Early Preschool group. I also enjoy stepping into other classrooms whenever needed to support our teachers and children. I joined EduCare in November 2025, and it has been such a rewarding experience. I truly love working with young children and helping them learn, grow, and discover new things each day. Being surrounded by this age group brings me so much joy, especially watching their excitement as they engage in hands-on learning activities. I am currently pursuing my Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education at Joliet Junior College, and I'm excited to continue building my skills and passion for the early learning field.
